We’re also pleased to include 2 complimentary servicing packages, claimable at the following mileage intervals:

1,000km and 3,000km

Servicing must be claimed within 6 months from collection date or before 4,000km, whichever comes first.
 Extended Workshop Warranty applies to bikes bought directly from Tan Wei Motorcycles only.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty is subject to the following conditions. Failure to comply with these conditions will render the warranty null or void.

  • All interval servicing has to be completed at Ban Hock Hin Co Pte Ltd (BHH).
  • All claims are to be notified and carried out by BHH.
  • All repairs, damage rectification, or fitting of replacement parts and accessories are to be carried out by BHH or in accordance with our instructions.
  • The vehicle has not been altered from the specific specification nor used for competition or rental purposes.
  • The vehicle has not suffered from neglect, improper repair, accident, or improper use.

 

Warranty Does Not Cover

Glass and Lamp Lenses
  • Use of non-approved additives, parts, fuel, or lubricant which affects the vehicle/system’s performance or results in malfunction or damage of the vehicle/system
  • Any consequential expenses including but not limited to rentals, towing, travelling, inconvenience, commercial loss, and loss of time or use
  • Wear and tear items as part of routine servicing and maintenance
  • Damages to undercarriage, steering, or suspension resulting from or riding through a road hump or pothole
 
Parts (not covered)

Battery, drive chain, brake pad, brake shoe, clutch disc, clutch plates, lightbulbs, fuse, motor brush, step rubber, tyres, inner tube, panels, spark plug, filters, gaskets, screws/nuts

 
Fluids (not covered)

Oil, grease, battery electrolyte, radiator coolant, brake fluid, clutch fluid, gear oil, suspension oil
